We serve honestly, handcrafted products, mainly from this region. You may also enjoy our beers from our private Bavarian brewery partners. Furthermore we offer different craft beers in a rotating format from small private Berlin breweries. Come and give it a try. The nurses from our beer ambulance will look after you!

Draught Beers

Spalter beer: the wonderfully fresh, full-bodied Spalter beer has been our long-time favourite and best-selling Franconian beer. It is a light beer, enjoyed also by our Pilsner drinkers. The second draught beer will always rotate with different local craft beers. Our focus is Berlin craft beer producers such as FlessaBräu, Heidenpeters, the Vagabund Brewery or the Berliner Bierfabrik. These will round off our beer offering.

Beer from the Bottle

In addition to our popular Gutmann Hefeweizen and Held Beer from Bavaria, we are also serving Craft Beer-Specialties in bottles. Such as: ABC (American Wheat), APA (American Pale Ale),  IPA (India Pale Ale), or Szechuan Saison.

Whether it’s the famous Berliner Weisse, a refreshing Radler or a Russenmass, you will always find a delicious way to quench your thirst.

Our high quality and alcohol free soft drinks are also from regional manufacturers. For example Proviant, Wostok, Flora-Power and Premium Cola.

Here we are also focused on local products of high quality, in the distilleries (Mampe Gin, Abyme Vodka & Co.), as well as the sodas (Thomas Henry & Co.).

Wines

The winery Sommerach is the oldest cooperative wine-growers association in Franconia.  This is where most of the wines we offer come from.
